Warranty and Returns Policy

  • Payment required in full at point of purchase.
  • All cancellations must be sent by email to [email protected]
  • For cancellation of bookings in more than 30 days before the start date of the first date, there will be a 10% admin fee of the entire course cost. 
  • For cancellation of bookings in less than 30 days before the start date of the first date, there will be no refund.
  • If you would like to cancel your place on the course once the course has started and you have attended the first day, there is a no refund policy, as the place cannot then be filled.
  • Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as late cancellation. No refund will be given even in the event of a postive test result of Covid-19 as self-isolation mandates are no longer legal requirements.
  • For rearrangement, there is no charge if given more than 4 weeks prior to first course date. If after this, then there will be a 10% admin fee charged.
  • If there are extenuating circumstances regarding your inability to attend the course then this will need to be discussed with the course leaders. 
  • Any disputes or confirmations regarding bookings will only be confirmed via the [email protected] email. Conversations via text, WhatsApp or Instagram regarding bookings will need to be confirmed via email after.
  • In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled / date is altered by the course leads, refund of the corresponding dates / credit / free rearrangement will be offered to the delegate.

Custom Made Ear Inserts

Warranty

Jaw Guard ear inserts are a product of JawGuard. JawGuard warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one 1 year from the date of delivery. If you believe this product has any defects in materials or workmanship, cease use immediately and contact the seller or JawGUArd for a remedy. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product as required and send it to you at JawGuards expense. All returns must include documentation specifying the claimed defect. This limited warranty applies only where the products have been properly maintained in accordance with the JawGuard instructions and have not been subject to misuse, negligence or accident.

 

Fit Warranty

JawGuard warrants the fit of its custom-made products for 60 days from the date of delivery. If you have any issues with the fit of your product please contact the seller or JawGuard, who will take all reasonable steps to remedy the issue(s).

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAWGUARD OR SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.

 

Refunds

Custom-Made Products are exempt from refunds due to their custom-made nature, unless they are found to be faulty. In the first instance JawGuard will take all reasonable steps to rectify any fault or 'not fit for purpose' issue(s). If we are unable to repair a product JawGuard may agree to issue a refund at its discretion, and in line with the Limited Warranty and/or Fit Warranty.

 

JawGuard Courses
